For sanitary reasons, paci clips and car seat covers can not be returned.

International shipments are subject to Goods and Services Tax and applicable Sales Tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
