If you choose FREE or the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Three Little Tots. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased the priority or priority express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and we will file a claim.

For international orders, the buyer acknowledges responsibility for any import or customs fees and/or taxes.


What is your turn-around time?

We work with multiple fulfillment locations to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, items in a single orer may ship separately and arrive at different times

 

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping times vary by item and destination but typically range from 3-10 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
You may receive more than one tracking number if your order ships in multiple packages. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear once a label is created.

Incorrect or missing items
If you believe an item is missing, please wait until all tracking numbers show delivered, as items may arrive separately. If something is still missing after all packages have arrived, contact us at Sales@threelittletots.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned or exchanged. Return's will be subjected to inspection and the amount refunded will be based on the quality of the return. If you received the wrong/damaged item you have 24hrs upon receiving the item to email Sales@threelittletots.com.
For sanitary reasons, pacifier clips and car seat covers can not be returned. 
Return shipping is paid by the customer.


My Amazon order was wrong

If you purchase an item off of Amazon it is fulfilled by Amazon. Due to their large warehouses they sometime make mistakes. Please contact Amazon with your order number and they will be able to assist you. Unfortunately, we can not do anything with Amazon orders.



What are the duties and custom fees?

International shipments are subject to Goods and Services Tax and applicable  Sales Tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. In addition there are brokerage fees and custom clearance charges which are imposed by the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Tags 4 Tots has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Contact the local office of the carrier to determine these charges.

How do I file a claim with USPS?

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

 

What if my package is returned to Three Little Tots?

If your package is returned to Three Little Tots,  you will receive a refund of the SUBTOTAL of your order.  To reship, additional postage will need to be purchased. That listing can be found by clicking here.
