How to Use Your Bundle

• B*tch’s Brew Tea: Drink 2 cups daily. If PMS or cramping is intense, drink it every day; otherwise, start about 10 days before your period.
• Mermaid Bath Soak: Use at least once a week, especially the week before your period. Soak for as long as possible, and massage your womb with Womb Warming Massage Oil while you relax.
• Womb Massage Oil & Castor Oil Packs: Do womb massages at least once a week (but not during your period). Follow the video tutorial to learn how!
• Moxa Pole: Use on your lower abdomen with the included chart. Moxa is amazing for improving circulation and easing cramps caused by blood stasis.

How to Make Your Tea

1. Add 1 Tbsp. of the tea blend to a tea infuser or French press.
2. Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for 5–15 minutes. Want a stronger brew? Let it steep longer!
3. Strain the herbs, enjoy warm, and sip on at least 2 cups daily. Add honey or sweetener if you’d like!
