It clips easily onto your baby’s diaper to track breathing movement, sleep position, and feeling temperature. If no abdominal movement is detected within 15 seconds, the monitor gently vibrates to help rouse your baby in case of potential discomfort. If movement is still not detected, or your baby rolls onto their stomach or may feel too warm or too cold, it triggers an audible alarm and sends a notification to your smartphone.

Most items can be returned or exchanged. Return's will be subjected to inspection and the amount refunded will be based on the quality of the return. If you received the wrong/damaged item you have 24hrs upon receiving the item to email Sales@tags4tots.com.
For sanitary reasons, paci clips and car seat covers can not be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
International shipments are subject to Goods and Services Tax and applicable Sales Tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. In addition there are brokerage fees and custom clearance charges which are imposed by the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Tags 4 Tots has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Contact the local office of the carrier to determine these charges.

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
