For sanitary reasons, paci clips and car seat covers can not be returned.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
International shipments are subject to Goods and Services Tax and applicable Sales Tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. In addition there are brokerage fees and custom clearance charges which are imposed by the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
