Each soak comes with:

• A reusable bath sachet
• A vial of essential oil blend (tucked inside—be sure to remove it before scooping)

To use:
Place ¼ of the soak into the sachet, add a few drops of oil, and drop the sachet into your bath. Soak for at least 15 minutes, ideally with relaxing music or a guided meditation. You can even perform your womb massage during your bath for deeper nourishment.
